1. General Refund Policy

• Payments made for consultation, strategy planning, graphic design, website development, SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, branding, or digital marketing services are generally non-refundable once work has started.
• Refund requests submitted before the project begins may be considered after deducting payment gateway, administrative, and processing charges.
• No refund will be provided for completed milestones or delivered digital work.

2. Digital Marketing Services

• Marketing campaigns require planning, research, and execution. Therefore, completed work cannot be refunded.
• Advertising budgets paid to Meta, Google, or any third-party platform are non-refundable.
• Campaign performance depends on multiple external factors including audience behavior, competition, industry trends, and platform algorithms.

3. Website Development

• Refunds are not applicable after website design or development work has started.
• If the client cancels before development begins, partial refunds may be considered.
• Domain registration, hosting, premium themes, plugins, and third-party purchases are strictly non-refundable.

4. Graphic Design Services

• Logo design, social media posts, banners, brochures, thumbnails, and branding materials are customized services.
• Once design concepts are delivered, payments cannot be refunded.
• Revision requests will be handled according to the agreed project scope.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients should provide complete project requirements before work begins.
• Delays caused by missing content, approvals, or communication do not qualify for refunds.
• Clients must review deliverables carefully before final approval.

6. Exceptional Cases

Refund requests, if any, will be reviewed individually. Atiq Graphics reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on project progress, completed work, contractual agreements, and applicable business policies.
